Haiti also uses Socket Type A, which is used in Japan. If using an appliance that has a Type A Plug in the Type A Sockets of Haiti, you will not need an adaptor.

Is your appliance compatible with the voltage used in Haiti (110V)?
If your appliance is not compatible with multiple voltages, you will need a transformer to adjust the voltage input when using your appliance in Haiti.
As you are coming from Japan where more than one frequency exists, check that your appliances are compatible with the single frequency present in Haiti (60Hz).
